Payment Terms and Conditions:

1. Reservation booked more than 7 days before scheduled arrival: 1 night stay deposit + tax, excluding discounts*. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking. Balance of reservation is pre-authorized to credit card on file 7 days prior to arrival.  Failure to pre-authorize balance 7 days prior to arrival can result in forfeiture of reservation. Balance of stay is collected upon check-in.
2. Reservations for a single night: 100% of total + tax, excluding discounts*. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking.
3. Reservation booked 7 days or less before scheduled arrival: 100% of total + tax, excluding discounts*. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking or at the time of scheduled arrival.
4. Reservations paid by credit card are subject to a 3% card platform fee.

 

Cancellation Policy & Charges:

1. Cancellations made 30 days or more before a scheduled stay will result in a refund of deposit minus a $30 processing fee per site.
2. Cancellations made 29 days to 8 days before a scheduled stay will result in forfeiture of 100% of deposit + tax, excluding discounts per site.
3. Cancellations made 7 days or less, before a scheduled stay or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of 100% of entire reservation amount + tax per site.
4. There are no refunds for early departures.

 

Discounts:

1. Timber Wolf Resort offers military, first-responder and AARP discounts. Discounts are applied at check-in.
2. Discounts not applicable for cancellations or no-shows.
3. Appropriate identification and/or supporting documentation required at time of check-in.
4. Rates are based on double occupancy (children 5 and under are FREE); Additional guests incur additional nightly fees. Please make sure you select the correct number of guests (ages 6 and up) in your party to receive an accurate total during the online check-out process.

 

Pets:

1. Timber Wolf is a pet-friendly campground and we welcome your family pets.
2. There are no size restrictions. We do limit the number of pets per site to 4.
3. Pets cannot be left unattended outdoors and we ask our cabin and lodge guests to use a kennel if leaving a pet in a room unattended. Kennel's are available for rent.
4. Pet fee is $30/pet/site. Service animals are always welcome at Timber Wolf and are exempt from pet fees and restrictions.

 

Alcohol & Smoking/Vaping:

1. Timber Wolf has no restrictions on the use of alcohol on the campground property for guests of legal age.
2. Smoking & Vaping is not permitted in any buildings or public shared spaces.
