- Minimum Check In Age is 21 Years Old
- Guests aged 5 Years Old and under at the time of check in are considered children.
- Pets are allowed.

- Reservation booked more than 7 days before scheduled arrival: 50% of total + tax, excluding discounts*. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking.
- Reservations for a single night: 100% of total + tax, excluding discounts*. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking.
- Reservation booked 7 days or less before scheduled arrival: 100% of total + tax, excluding discounts*. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking or at the time of scheduled arrival.
Cancellation Policy & Charges:
- Cancellation made 7 days before scheduled arrival: Forfeiture of 50% Deposit + tax, excluding discounts*.
- Cancellation made 7 days or less before scheduled arrival or no show: Forfeiture of 100% of total + tax, excluding discounts*.
*Discounts:
- Discounts are applied at check-in.
- Discounts not applicable for cancellations or no- shows.
- Appropriate identification and/or supporting documentation required at time of check-in.
- No discounts will be applied after check-in is completed.
- Pets are allowed in all cabins and RV sites EXCEPT for the Lodge Rooms. A pet fee will be added to your reservation total upon check-in.
- Cots are available for rent at a rate of $5.00 per night or $15.00 per night for a cot with sheets and a blanket.
- Rates are based on two "adults" (people age 6 and older); additional "adults" incur additional nightly fees. Please make sure you select the correct number of "adults" (ages 6 and up) in your party to receive an accurate total during the online check-out process.
